Developmental Team Program (DV’s)

Our Developmental Team Program is the first stepping stone for our competitive program. The athletes in this class are working at a higher level than our recreational girls gymnastics program. They will work out 85 minutes each practice. Our DV athletes have the option of practicing 1 or 2 days a week and goes YEAR ROUND. You may drop the program with a 30 day written notice, however space is limited. If you take the summer off, your spot might not be available when you return.

The coaching in this class is more focused on what it will take to get each athlete prepared for a competitive level.  The rotations in the class will focus on all 4 Olympic events (Vault Bars Beam Floor) The workouts are designed by our Competitive Team Coaches and are planned to challenge each athlete.

In the DV Program each athlete will be required to purchase a Team Leo. They will wear this when they workout in the gym. If you are interested in our DV program please speak to one of our Competitive team coaches.
